Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:
We accept returns for damaged or defective items only. Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. -
Timeframe:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery to our email at with your order number and clear photos of the issue. -
Condition:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival or we made an error with your order.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over €50.
